Possible PID: Your symptoms are consistent with PID, at least the pelvic and abdominal pain (not so much for burping etc), but other things cause same symptoms. If at risk for STD (new sex partner, partner with other partners, etc) PID is obviously a consideration. You should have been tested for chlamydia as well as gonorrhea, and also for vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis. Follow up w/ your doctor.

Perhaps: You need your PCP or GYN to do a vaginal speculum exam and bimanual pelvic exam. He/She may do some additional diagnostic testing depending on your history and physical exam. Call tomorrow for an appointment!
