PID: Once again, you are asking to remove clinical assessment from the results of a non-specific lab value. Sounds like you are fine, but if you continue overly concerned about your health it might be beneficial to find a therapist to discuss this with.

Some PID is caused by newly discovered STDs not detected by standard tests, esp. Mycoplasma genitalium. Some are due mostly to mostly normal vaginal bacteria and not related to sex at all. Having previous PID predisposes to new cases due mostly to vaginal bacteria.

vaginal discharge: Your green vaginal discharge may be due to a bacterial vaginal infection. Have your doctor look specifically for pseudomonas aeruginosis
