I have a milshake and it's a cappuccino and has 2x more caffeine in it but i don't know how much caffeine is in it but is it safe to drink 7 months in?

Caffeine: i would recommend that you not drink these as they have higher levels of caffeine in it. This is also not recommended during pregnancy as caffeine will stimulate your baby's heart rate to elevate. Use decaf if you really need coffee or tea products.

Caffeine : Without any clinical outcome studies, most authorities recommend keeping caffeine consumption to less than 200mg/d (approximately one cup of coffee).
