Yes and No: Asking physicians about caffeine is a great example of "Do as we say, not as we do." Physicians are notorious for suffering from symptoms of "Caffeinism" which results from the chronic use of 500mg or more of caffeine per day. Caffeine's stimulant effects are both a benefit and a potential curse. "Moderation is best" but again that is advice coming from a fully caffeinated physician.
