Piloerection!: Goose bumps are created when tiny muscles at the base of each hair contract and pull the hair erect. It is triggered by the sympathetic nervous system, part of the fight-or-flight/stress response system. It occurs more easily (under both good or bad stress) in some individuals than others. Learning effective stress management techniques might lessen if desired. Don't know what CNSS is/are.

Piloerection: Goose bumps are the result of involuntary erection or bristling of hairs due to contraction of tiny muscles that elevate the hair follicles above the rest of the skin. They are usually triggered by cold, shock, fright or stimulants. So I searched the web and acronymfinder.com and found no reference to any drug or supplement under the acronym CNSS. Any doc here know? Or write back w more info.
