Is it normal to get a headache when i'm under stress or laugh too much or even when i get goosebumps and my skin tightens around my head?

Stress & headache: Your body's response to stress may lead to headache through increased muscle tension. You have many muscles around your scalp which can tighten. If this happens for extensive periods, the result is similar to any other kind of prolonged muscle exertion -- aches and pain. Being this stressed is not "normal, " but is possible. Stress reduction practice or relaxation training may help.
