See GI specialist: There are a number of conditions that can cause abdominal pain symptoms. It's impossible to give you meaningful advice on the basis of very limited information, other than to suggest you need to see a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. Consider seeing a Gastroenterologist .Searching for a diagnosis on the internet is ill advised. Sorry we could not be more helpful.

Needs a GI specialist: for better evaluation, he possibly sustained a trauma to his upper abdomen which might have caused pancreatitis, or he may have other esophageal or gastric problem, he might need to be scoped as well, so your best bet would be a Gastroenterologist, take care

If US was negative: Then it's unlikely he has pancreatitis. If he hasn't been taking lots of Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin, a stool H pylori should be checked. Otherwise he may have functional dyspepsia and needs medication to treat.
