It depends, see belo: Trying a gluten free diet is not that hard to do and may make you feel much better. There are a spectrum of symptoms in people with gluten intolerance that result from the auto-immune response to gluten. Eliminating it from the diet stops all the adverse changes and the sooner the better. Wheat, barley, rye are the main grains that contain gluten.
