What causes urge to urinate feeling in uretha?been having gi and bowel issues as well with celiac disease maybe ibs.months ago had urge and where i kept trying to pee but nothing.urinalysis normal and i am emptying bladder.urge is killing sex life?

Your symptoms sound like an irritation of the urethra, I would suggest cranberry juice to relieve you irritation and increase your water intake. Follow up with your PCP or urologist for help. I doubt this is related to IBS or celiac disease.
