I wonder if you had other more mundane testing to evaluate your chronic fatigue. A dermatologist can examine you &determine whether your hair loss is permanent or temporary & also order appropriate testing for causes of hair loss. A specialist in internal medicine will look into your chronic fatigue & take a thorough history& system review,perform a complete physical examination & order tests also
