Normal ultrasound 8 mo. ago, dx celiac disease 5 mo. ago, lab values normal, recent x-ray shows hepatomegaly. is this possible, should i be checked?

Yes: It appears that the hepatomegaly is a new development since 8 months ago. This requires an investigation. Contact your doctor or a GI specialist with special interest on the liver.
