This is a syndrome: Insulin resistance is one of many causes of PCOS.and many pt developed type 2 diabetes also.In PCOS ovaries produce more LH , there is a high androgen production.WBC have low response to inflammation and.Liver produce less a special globulin protein to bind sex hormone .So there are many more causes and etiologies.Insulin resistance is one of them, and on a root cause
