Not sciatica: Sciatica could not explain the fascias tingling. A cervical disk problem could cause shoulder symptoms but would also not explain your face tingling. If these symptoms see new go immediately to the ER. If they have been there for a while go see a doctor. This could be a stroke or serious brain problem.
