Spinal = spinal tap?: If you mean spinal as spinal tap, consider this- a persistent CSF leak can cause a headache with standing that is relieved with lying down. This is a common but under recognized problem after a spinal tap. Tingling in one shoulder blade however is hard to explain. Why did you have a spinal tap? Perhaps an answer lies there.
