What does it mean when you are feeling slightly light headed and every now and again you get a very brief tingling (pins and needles) sensation in your hand which immediately goes away . only happens to my left hand. ?

R/O TIA: There are a number of things that can cause this. Medication side effects and more concerning would be arrhythmia or TIA. You should be evaluated by a neurologist and possibly cardiologist after your primary doctor. If you are able to respond then please provide more details on the context of this, meaning what are you doing when it happens, what do you take for medications, do you use any drugs.
