Appt with pcp next week but why do i feel small palpable nodes in the neck that move easily if i'm not sick? no growth that i know of and over a year.

Probably ok: In adults we usually shouldn't be able to feel lymph nodes. Usually not concerned until the size is one cm or larger. Soft, easy to move lymph nodes, especially in the posterior neck are fairly common. If you had it checked out, and it's not growing, it's probably nothing to worry about.
