Was having alprazolan and the doctor said that i can stop and have only wen i feel that im anxious... im having zolpidem 10mg at nyt to sleep. can i take both together? i finished take 0.25mg alprazolan now.. can i take zolpidem?.

You can not.: Using alprazolam together with zolpidem may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment.

Avoid taking togethe: Best to avoid taking both Alprazolam & Zolpidem together in same 24hr period. In States, maximum dose for Zolpidem in women is 5mg nightly (recently lowered from 10mg http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/news/20130515/fda-lower-ambiens-dose-to-prevent-drowsy-driving).
