Anxiety, Depression: I understand your worry about graduation Commend yourself for your achievements year by year in college. Feel good about your goals, hard work, and long hours of study Respect yourself what you know at this time. You do not need to know everything Relax by breathing relaxation, Visual Imagery, Music, walking in nature, Yoga, Meditation. Take 1 day at a time See a Therapist if anxiety continues
