One time take: Shouldn't be a problem since you only did it once. Talk with the doctor, maybe they'll want you to take 1 pill extra to make it a 6 day as opposed to 5 day regimen. Frankly, I probably wouldn't. I predict everything will be peachy keen.

Hello. I was diagnosed with strep throat 3 days ago. Started taking azithromycin 2 tablets 250 mg first day and 1 everyday for 4 days. Not better!
