Nothing: There is no rapid weight loss, as you have to burn off 3500 calories you don't take in just to lose one pound. That's the equivalent of walking 35 miles!. If you want to eliminate something, eliminate fast food, junk food, snacks and high fat food. See a good registered dietitian. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.
