You may: Need prolonged courses of antibiotics, rotating antibiotics, or repeat courses. There are a multitude of options. My favorite is rifaximin, but neomycin, augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) metronidazole are all alternatives. Then in between you might try VSL3.
