Go ro Er: Go to the Emergency Room if can not breath.As women get into the later stages of pregnancy,their ling volume may compresses down do to the enlarging pelvis/abdomen.That being said,anything that can happen to any of us can happen in pregnancy-Pneumonia,Pulmonary Embolism,heart problems,asthma.Get seen if short of breath and can not breath.
