Gingival Grafts: Unfortunately gum grafting is the only real accepted treatment that is medically based. Otherwise, dentist including periodontist (gum specialists) would offer other alternatives.

Think about it: 1. If Oil Pulling worked wouldn't mainstream Dentistry have adopted it? What is it about rinsing with oil 20 minutes per day that would cause damaged gums to reattach and grow? 3. Please seek the services of a fully qualified Periodontist.

See a periodontist: The oil pulling does not reverse the effects of gum disease and it's important that patients are made fully aware of that. See a periodontist for evaluation and gum grafting treatment.

Oil Pulling: Regardless of how much time you pull oil. your gums will not increase in size. Speak to a periodontist for accepted treatment options.
