Prednicarbate: Prednicarbate is a relatively new topical steroid. Depending on the amount ingested, i presume it was minute, likely nothing will happen.

Oil-acacia-water: Add 4 parts volume of oil, 2 parts of water, 1 part of gum. You can add all parts at once mixing vigorously until a thick emulsion is formed.
