Depends: It depends on what you mean: sometimes gum tissue deficiencies can be corrected (or made worse) by orthodontic tooth movement. Tooth movement is about as natural as you can get in this case. Additionally, a tooth with severe root exposure may be removed usually rendering grafting unnecessary. Unfortunately there are no holistic solutions available at this time.
