Pain after hyst: Pain after hysterectomy is common if the surgery was because of endometriosis or scar tissue. Find a free clinic or urgent care to get an ultrasound. Cyst can be controlled by birth control pills so you have options to consider with a doctor. Don't ignore the pain. If it's bad enough, you should go to the nearest emergency room.
