Get ovaries checked: You need to be examined by a GYN MD and have your ovaries examined by pelvic, ultrasound and if need be laparoscopy if your symptoms are not due to a simple urinary tract infection. Enlargement of the ovaries will produce all the symptoms that you have described including ovarian cancer.
