How can an acupressure massage cause a stuffy nose and sinus pain?

Head position?: I have not seen cases where acupuncture or acupressure have caused this type of problem. However, if a person is lying on their abdomen on a regular exam table with face cradled in arms - it can exacerbate sense of congestion. Both acupressure and acupuncture treatments can help sinus pain & congestion.
