I agree with the possibility of a sinus infection, however, with the significant swelling on only one side, I am concerned about an abscess.Such area is very closely related to your brain structures and infections tend to worsen rapidly. My advise is to go to the Emergency Service. You need a good evaluation and prompt treatment.
