Sinusitis?: Recurring sinusitis is frequently over diagnoses and your symptoms suggest more a form of migraines where symptoms can be in your face, mental changes and autonomic changes with a runny nose. These tend to be of shorter duration (hours to few days) and more pulsating in nature. Sinusitis last longer more than 7 day, with purulence and sometimes fever. A CT scan can help with acute symptoms.
