Nasal obstruction: I would need more information to render an opinion- what are the circumstances of the onset? Are there other possible triggers? Do you smoke? Does this occur at work or at home? Even if you don't have allergies, this may be a sign of non-allergic rhinitis or possible sinusitis. An exam is also necessary. For now, just use saline sprays until you can be examined.
