Septorhinoplasty: You need a thorough evaluation which may include a physical exam, nasal endoscopy and possibly even a ct scan of the sinuses. Should the problem seem to be from a structural issue (as opposed to allergies) surgery may help. It would involve making incisions inside and possibly outside (though well hidden) of the nose and possibly removing and re-breaking some nasal bones.
