Be seen in ER: If you are passing out from the pain and intensity of your headaches.. Then you need to be seen in the er and/or by a neurologist.

Emergency Department: These are not the usual headache complaints people have and such headache complaints need to be evaluated on an emergent basis for potentially emergent treatment to avoid serious developments.
