I have this constant headache that varies in intensity, it lasts a couple days or an entire week at times. don't know what to do?

New-get seen: Any new onset headaches need to get evaluated.Likely migraines and not tension.Migraines are theobbing behind eyes-light hurts and usually nauseated,Tension get worse as day goes on and like a band around head.Any change in diet,new aspartame sweetners,increase caffeine,lack of sleep,trauma to head,fever,etc.Does acetaminophen or ibuprofen make better.This new onset headache needs to get evaluated
