Since xmas day headache when i stand up i feel like i've been on a spinning chair really giddy tired all the time my eyes are burning and have been sick and some time when i speak can't get my words out or forget things for got the cats name this morning?

I don't like it.: I wasn't that worried until you started describing the forgetfulness and trouble producing words in speech. This, along with the spinning feeling and headache, could be describing a brain event, such as a hypertensive-type stroke or hemorrhage. You need to be seen in an Emergency Department immediately. Your symptoms have me very concerned. Please go to ED right now!!
