A member asked:

If i had fluid in my ear as a baby and it went away after having tubes in my ears and now i don't have tubes could the fluid come back?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fluid in ear: fluid in the ear is not uncommon. Persistent fluid or fluid that becomes infected is abnormal. We often get fluid in the ears with upper respiratory illnesses. In most cases it will resolve.
