Seek help today: "excruciating pain" after a procedure is concerning and requires urgent attention. Your ENT may have a back-up system for emergencies. Alternatively try your primary care provider. If none of your physicians are available to discuss/see you, then I would recommend you visit an emergency department with an ENT available on call.
