Cut back coffee: Try cutting back your coffee as much as possible. Substitute decaf if it's easier not to give up coffee altogether. If your anxiety lessens, you know coffee is a factor in your anxiety. Yes, hard to quit coffee so take it slowly maybe 1/2 cup less every week or two. Also try using a smaller cup or mug to help lower the caffeine intake.

Not necessary: If you'd like to try, go ahead, but it's not necessary and for long-term, mild I'll recommend CBT therapy and or Mindfulness Meditation or Yoga, workout exercise, etc. CBT is a really good way to learn skills for self-mgmt. I expect you'd do very well!
