When I drink coffee I get horrible reflux,anxiety,nausea and my face tingles.does that mean I am intolerant to caffeine?

It's possible: All of those signs can be possible indication of sensitivity to caffeine. If the symptoms do not occur with decaf coffee, you have your answer. If they occur with any type of coffee, then you probably just need to avoid coffee in general. Good luck.
