Probably not: College is definitely a rough time in everyone's life. One coffee per day should be fine ... Just be cognizant of the timing and when you want to sleep. Hope that helps & best of luck!

Caffeine: You can find out by trying it out. If the addition of one latte or coffer per day causes a significant increase in your anxiety - then consider dropping to a beverage with a lesser amount of caffeine. On the subject of feeling tired - are you getting enough sleep? That is essential. Take care.
