Dental Caries: Apart from the nutritional and weight gain problems, eating sweets all day can result in dental caries ( cavities). If you're eating a lot of sweets, be sure to brush several times a day. If you can't brush then rinse or just "swish and swallow". Don't let the food stay on your teeth. Consider a more balanced diet. Good luck

Diabetes, weight: In addition to risking diabetes, you also will likely risk obesity, tooth decay, general poor health due to lack of proper vitamins and nutrients. Generally a very bad idea. While they say you are what you eat, eating only sweats doesn't make you sweat, but eating junk may make you feel that way.
