A member asked:

My vitamin k level was low at 17. taking 80mg of vitamin k @day and eating foods with it as well, how long to raise it? is 17 dangerous level?

Vitamin K helps: with many things but most importantly it helps with clotting factors in your blood. It is an essential nutrient but not indispensable. You can raise it slowly without having to worry that it will affect your daily life adversely or acutely. Continue eating green leafy vegetables and supplements daily.
