Hello,, can exercise in the morning 6:00am and then sleep in 7am ,, or they wont be any effect of my exercise ,, or its okey ?

Sleep after: exercise is ok but some time in between to cool down is good for your muscles so you don't get too much lactic acid in your muscles which can cause pain. Just make sure to walk briskly and/or stretch after exercise for a few minutes to circulate the lactic acid out. Peace and good health.
