I struggle to sleep. a personal trainer at the gym told me that ii exercise too much and therefore cant put my mind to rest? my average heart rate this morning during exercise was 150 bpm and max 174 bpm. is that normal? thank you

Target heart rate: I don't know your sex, but To determine your target heart rate during moderate and intense exercise, use the formula for males::: 225 minus age times .70 or .85
Average max rate=165
For females a formula could be::: 206 minus age,etc To find moderate and maximum heart rate.
Bear in mind there are various other formulas and these are only guidelines.
