Target heart rate: I don't know your sex, but To determine your target heart rate during moderate and intense exercise, use the formula for males::: 225 minus age times .70 or .85 Average max rate=165 For females a formula could be::: 206 minus age,etc To find moderate and maximum heart rate. Bear in mind there are various other formulas and these are only guidelines.
