Pyelonephritis: Need more info. What was the organism, with what were you treated, what dose, duration, etc.? All patients with kidney infection have microabscesses in the body of the kidney, and sometimes these may require prolonged therapy. Clear urine may not mean a cure. You need evaluation by an expert in this area. Try an infectious disease expert and/or urologist and be assessed. Good luck.
