A member asked:

If you have two mature follicles, one on each side, do they ovulate at the same time or two different times?

LH surge: ovulation is controlled by a single signal called the LH surge, which tells both ovaries to release any eggs. Is the most mature. If you really have to make sure they both should ovulate at the same time as you might be at a higher chance of twins, however the likelihood of your follicles in a normal patient is low because follicles are always competing. good luck.
