Probably, Need Info: Some times you will ovulate within 12 hours of a positive ovulation test. So, when you get an ultrasound no dominant follicle is seen. Was there free fluid on the ultrasound on Sunday? Do you have PCOD?

Check progesterone: You could have your GYN check a Progesterone about a week later. That would confirm whether or not you ovulated.
