Exercise: The most important aspect of exercise is to find something that you enjoy. That way exercise can be something you look forward to, rather than something you have to do. Ideally, a great exercise routine would combine strength training a 2-3 days per week and cardio 3-4 days per week. Varying the exercise is also great in order to work different muscle groups.

Definitely change: One thing that I have done is to start off on Mondays with an exercise routine that definitely puts you out of sorts with your regular routine. Then every other day you can ease it down to give your body a chance to rest and regain energy for the next big day which will be the next day. Then, alternate the days and exercises to keep up the interest in the workouts
