Ease up: Perhaps you need to ease up on the training by reducing the frequency to every other day with varying routines. The pain is the body's warning to you that you are over-stressing your muscles. One needs also to scrutinize your technique which may not be correct. Talk to the trainer in the gym to find out whether you are doing it right.
