Strength Training: Typically from a medical standpoint we have our patients give the stressed areas 48 hours to recover between sessions. So three non consecutive days a week is perfect for this. However, adding the cardio is the hard part based on what body area is most stressed. If you do a hard leg workout (say spin class) on Monday morning, and do lower extremity weights same day, you could get into trouble.
